Clearance Letter/ Paid Up letter and closing my Truworths handed over account

A consultant dropped a call on me after giving me banking details on my overdue Truworths account without telling me when she'll send me my Paid Up letter and close the account since I won't be needing it anymore. Now I have POP but do not know where to send it cause on my credit report there hasn't been any change.
