Clearance letter

I settled my account but I was still called saying ml am owing them.I was even told that they didn't solve my case because I wasn't calling to follow up but every time I called it's either they hung up or it rings with no reply,they are too quick to take your money yet they not doing a good job...it's been months now since I waited for my clearance letter
