Clearance

Hi I have paid my identity account and they still haven't cleared my name from ITC. I was referred by one of the ladies from identity legal department to speak to Jane from MBD which I did and settled every amount owed to them on the 25 February 2021. On the 02 March 2021 I received a settlement letter from Jane and she said my name will be cleared within 21 working days but till today it has not been cleared. Please assist.
