Cellc account

Here i am writing again about the same issue that Mbd promised to resolve. I settled my Cellc account along time ago but it still shows as unpaid on my credit score resulting in bad credit score. Its very unfair that i have to beg and beg you to clear my debt when i paid up every cent owed. On the first review, you rep**** and said you are dealing with but nothing has changed. Your consultants are very nice and polite when they ask for a payment but after payment, they suddenly dont care and they are very rude. Please help
