Capitec Prescribed Debts
Good day MBD
I trust all is well
May you kindly provide me with the prescription letters for the Capitec loans you bought.
The loans are prescribed and I don't recall making any arrangements, or having any interruptions in the last 3 years and if so please provide me with the proof.
I contacted your office and I was told only 1 account of R8000 is active for collections but my credit report shows 3.
Please send me the prescription letters so I can start all over, and if the R8000 was interrupted provide me with proof so I can see what I can do.

Amazing how you even ignore the escalations from Ombudsman.
I'm telling you those 3 accounts were not interrupted in the past 3 years and should be closed, my next step is NCR
