Capitec and MBD not responding???

I have never heard of them before in any type of communication.When I tried to apply for credit at Capitec I was told I have bad debt.I was referred to Mbd Attorneys to resolve the issue.I called on the 3rd of June 2022 and spoke to Mmatsatsi and was told to email the manager Nkosinathi.I have emailed them on the 3rd of June on the 7th of June and today on the 14th of June 2022 and cc'd Capitec.I have not received any reply.My credibility is being affected directly and no 1 is responding to resolve the matter no one????
