Capitec account closed - no money owned according to prescription act.
I had a Capitec Personal Loan years back. I was under debt review but that process ended 6 years ago. I spoke to Capitec bank and they confirmed the account is closed on their side. I see on my ITC provile that MDB listed me for this account. According to the Prescription Act, this money is no longer owned and Capitec confirmed the account was closed on their side. Please remove the listing from ITC and the records of your system as I do not owe you any money.

25 May 2023, 14:192 Years down the line and still the listing was not removed from my name. This is unacceptable. I am going to take further action against MDB as this is not in line with the law or the NCR.
