Can't Provide Documents

I'm so tired of MBD

they constantly send me sms's to pay a MTN account 1 day they say I agreed to pay R50 and the next day they will send me a sms saying R114.95 needs to be payed before this weekend

I have asked numerous times for them to send me a copy of the contract for the alleged debt which is alleged to be from 2015/2016 but they just don't send it instead they keep calling me and every time they promise they will send me the contract but it never arrived they di however send me a contract that I had with MTN in 2011 which was paid in full and even if it wasn't the contract was for 2011 and they started contacting me in 2017 which is 6 years later making that debt prescribed debt

I really hope that this complaint gets to someone who is willing to help because everyone I spoke to from MBD was of no help!!!
