Can't perform the simplest tasks

I don't know how many times I have to tell you... YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER, I DON'T HAVE A LOAN AND THAT IS NOT EVEN MY NAME ON YOUR SYSTEM... every single person I have spoken to has told me they will remove my number yet i still get sms and phone calls... seriously, how do you ever expect to collect any money if YOU CAN'T PERFORM THIS SIMPLE TASK. They phoned me today and one I explained, again, i was told "yes, we will remove your number"... moments later, guess what?! I get an SMS! Seriously sick and tired of this, STOP BOTHERING ME WITH YOUR INCOMPETENCE
