Cannot keep to arrangements

All was working fine and then all of a sudden They can not keep to the arrangement of process debit orders on the correct date. They try and debit your bank account 7 days before due date with no success and then try again 4 days before due date resulting in you having to pay bank costs for the debit orders bouncing.
