Cancelling of Debt order due to no information provided.
i want someone to call me as i have sent many emails and no one answer your landline. i even tried to register on you customer portal and it told me no account was linked to my ID number so if no account is linked to it then i owe you nothing and will be instructing the bank to cancel any debt orders going forward. Or you can get back to me with the breakdown of how the payment is allocated and my settlement amount as of the 25th June. if i do not hear from you by close of business i will be getting an affidavit to cancel my debt order as i have proof i don't have an account linked to my ID number.

Really I am cancelling the debt order and if you list me on ICT I will take it to court because as per the CPA I have the right to know with regards to settlement and how the payment is allocated and the interest that is being added.
