Can someone give me an advice on what i should do now

<p>My Markams account was handed over to MBD attorneys and i paid it up in full on July 2016. They sent me the paid up letter and they said they were going to send Credit bureau to update my info only to find out on October that my details were not updated, i had to call them and email to ask why my details are not updated yet, why does my credit profile says i still own Markams and bare in mind these people don't respond and they don't pick up, i had to log a query with Transunion and Experian sending them the paid up letter, to make things worse i just find out that Markams still says i never paid the debt that was handed over to MBD , 6 months down the line nothing has been updated but i recieved a paid up letter, please advise on what steps i should take now, please anyone assist, </p>
