Can someone call me back???

I want to settle my woolies absa credit card ASAP and i need to make a payment arrangement with you people,but calling you is pretty much useless as i hold on for hours and sending an email is just as useless cuz y'all never call back for whatever reason.<br> <br> Here is what i also need: I need to deal with ONE PERSON ONLY (not the tons of your different unprofessional rude consultants),I need a name, email address and direct number...so that once payment has been made i can follow up with them for my settlement letter,send proof of payment to or any other issues that may arise during this period...cuz for a fact i know there will be issues with MBD as always.<br> <br> If i can get that,it would be really awesome.So please can someone contact me.
