CAN MBD AFFORD PROPER EMAIL SERVICES AND AGENTS WHO KNOW HOW TO USE EMAIL??????

Te worst company I have ever dealt with. They get agents to call you, and make demands, but when you ask for emails, then the agents tell you they cant send emails. Every single time. I ask for statements, they say they sent it, I ask send it again while we are speaking so I can confrim receipt, then the same old excuse "we can send emails." Alos, I have been emailing them for weeks now, they are incapable of repsonding to emails. But they threaten you telephonically without provifing te necessary documents when you request it. Seriously pathetic, for a law firm...who refuses to help me supporting documents.
