CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY PRESCRIBED LETTER AND MY PAID UP LETTER
My 2 accounts one has prescribed and the other one I have settled with MBD. I have asked for the paid up letter but I am being told I used the incorrect ref no to my surprise the number that I used was provided by MBD. For my prescribed matter I have sent countless emails and even called in requesting to be emailed the prescribed letters but I keep on being told that the matter has been escalated. A month later and no one has given me what i am looking for.As per the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 , read with Section 126B of the NCA. no 34 of 2005. PLEASE GIVE ME MY PRESCRIBED LETTER AND MY PAID UP LETTER

The other accounts that I need a prescription letter for Tebogo Mbatha is telling to go to Network Capital the same company with *********** staff that knows nothing about what they are doing. The same company that re directed my query back MBD. Now a mail was sent to Moses at MBD even worse he never replies to emails.
