CAN I HAVE MY MTN ACCOUNT PAID LETTER

I paid up my MTN account finish and MBD is refusing to provide me with my paid letter.

I have send multiple emails and a lady by the name of : MELISSA DALE JOHNSON, from CUSTOMER CARE requested that i provide her with my ref number or ID number of which i did but she never reverted back to me.

I called the company and i was advised to send a message to their WhatsApp line on *** and i did send a message and there was no reply at all.

I just got off a call with another agent and she took time to reply to me when i said Hello and there was music playing in the background and dogs barking as well as sounds from dishes and water running, im not sure what is happening with this company.

Guys can i have my paid up letter, please.
