Calls about an Account under Debt Counselling!

I have been under Debt Counselling since February 2009. In the recent couple of months, I have been receiving constant calls and text messages from MBD Attorneys about a Foschini account. The most infuriating one is that they now somehow got hold of my work number (who knows how!) and called me at work. What part of DEBT COUNSELLING is so hard to understand? I give them details of the Debt Counselor and still they just cannot stop phoning. I plan on reporting them to the Law Society.
