Calling regarding a cell c account

Hi Hello Peter. i would like to report a consultant at MBD Attorneys who i spoke to on Friday by the name of Portia concerning my mom's Cell C account.. Its been a year and couple of months since my mom sent through an affidavit that was requested by the attorneys to confirm that the amount they claim that my mom owes was not true.. i called in a few months ago to make sure they had received that letter as they kept on sending my mom messages, and they confirmed it was received.. know last week they sent her another message about the same account we've been calling about so i decided to call them and ask them what the problem was and i spoke to Portia who told me straight that there's a back log they dealing with and that its non of her business that we've been trying to clear this for over a year know.. i tried reporting her to her managers but non of them are getting back to me regarding this matter and i'm out of airtime to be calling for the same thing every time.. They keep dropping the phone in my ear as no one wants to get this matter over and done with but they quick to send messages
