CALL CENTRE IDIOTS!
I am sick and tired of these useless bunch of people that cannot simply do their job!!! I had a credit card with Standard Bank which went into arrears. I managed to settle it on the 29th January 2018 as I got a settlement amount from LGR Attorneys. Once payment was received I got a paid up letter from LGR and Standard Bank. It is now November 2019 and I am STILL getting harassed on a daily basis from this useless place called MBD stating that I owe money!!! How the F is that possible. I have been on the line with Standard Bank on a daily basis almost and they say that there is no issues and my name is clear. So.....MBD, why are you calling me on a daily basis wanting money that isnt owed to you! Please kindly pull your finger out of your ass and please do your job and stop harassing me!!!
