Bureaus do not get updated after settlement of accounts

My accounts with MBd were settled in March 2020. These accounts are still reflecting on my credit report. I emailed and was told this would be updated within 21 days and to date it has not been done. When I follow up, MBD does not even bother to reply to my emails. Is this the service we get after making payments? Surely it can't take 6 months to update one's payments with the bureaus
