Bunch of *****s!!!

Bunch of *****s. They phone and harass you to make a payment. Then when you answer they hang up just to say that they made contact. When I try phone to address my issue that put me on hold and when I hit the front of the line, they say they can't take my call.

This bunch are known to be *****s and they must be investigated.
