Bullying tactics
I have debt that has been prescribed and have had no support from MDB to obtain a prescription letter in this regard. What they have done is misled me about owing it and continuously applying bullying tactics to get me to acknowledge the debt. Even though nothing has been singed. I am now forced to lodge a complaint with the NCR and Credit Ombudsman
