Broken Promise

On 25 April 2020 I made a full payment of R3411.44 to this company and they promised me that my On Air TV account would be cleared and that I won't be blacklisted. It turns out that I got blacklisted and this company did not lived up to their promise. My life is stuck, I cannot apply for anything as a result of this and I'm extremely unhappy with their service.
