Breach of court ordered interest/fees

I have been under debt review since January 2014.<br> <br> A court order was issued by Rustenburg Magistrates court<br> with agreed repayment terms and interest rates.<br> <br> According to the court order :<br> RCS account balance : R 6795.00 with 0% annual interest charges. <br> Mr Price account balance : R 1500.00 with 0% annual interest charges.<br> <br> Regular payments has been made via my debt counselor to these accounts<br> for the past 19 months, yet almost every day my wife and i get harassed <br> for payments from arrogant call center consultants.<br> <br> I have on numerous occasions informed these consultants that i am under <br> debt review and not to contact me anymore, but to no avail. <br> <br> It also came to my attention that the amount owing on the statements from <br> MBD for these two accounts differ from the court order and interest and fees <br> are being charged.<br> <br> I have also on numerous occasions emailed MBD but have never gotten<br> any response. I would really like to know what is going on with regards<br> to these two accounts and furnish me with the original proof of debt, as<br> I would like to take the matter up with the NCR.<br>
