BOUGHT DEBT
According to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section 10 - <br> I have not made any arrangements or PTP. THIS DEBT HAS BEEN BOUGHT FROM RCS and I have not had any form of contact with RCS for the past 3/5 years until a month or 2 ago from MBD harassing me - I have indicated on every call that this is PRESCRIBED DEBT and the consultant would not list. As you indicate all calls are recorded, listen to the calls.
