Borderline ****!!!!!!

Terrible service, most unprofessional company I've dealt with. Over 3months ago I made arrangements with a consultant I told them I can only pay a minimum amount the consultant agreed and I've been paying on time since, today they call me and hang up when I call back the consultant gives me there script without even asking why I called and my amount is now higher.

When I call back the second time I ask to speak to a manager and the consultant tells me that she will help, I ask why my account is higher wen I have been paying she says we charge u for the calls and also interest but the arrangement that I made there was nothing mentioned about that.
