Blacklisted for paid up loan

I have been blacklisted by MBD for a loan that was paid off in 2015, i have all documents to prove payments were made and Capitec bank acknowledged payment was received but i cannot open any accounts due to an unfair blacklisting by MBD for paid up account. I intend on taking the matter further to the ombudsmen for intervention as this is *******.
