They are the biggest ****** u can find. I have being calling and emailing them for 1 week to make arrangements to pay my Woolies credit card off as they have a promotion to pay half the amount owing with 2 installments every consultant I speak to says they going to call me back till date no1 has. For the past 5 years I have being paying my credit card R1000 a month and they say I'm still owing them R15k and my amount was R44k when I know clearly my amount was R30k. When u don't pay them they quick to call and message 100 times, but the time u want to settle the account they forget. They out only to rob people and when u ask them for a statement they can never send you 1 because they know clearly that they robbing the people. They a pathetic company. Im actually going to stop debit order on my account and then I want to see what they will do.
