beyond anger

when i was getting my life back, they hussled me every week to chase the payment. at 6th last month, i paid the final settlement amount and was promised to get the settlement letter within days and my case will be lifted within a week. it's more than 3 weeks now, no letter, no answer. now thinking lodging a complaint at bar
