Being tortured by rude *********** staff!!! Stop calling me!!

I have been receiving daily calls from these people, I already have a payment arrangement with another collection agency and have been honoring my arrangement. The staff are absolutely rude and have no understanding of how to speak to people. Why in heavens name would i give you my ID number to a rude person who refuses to answer any of my questions regarding the reason they are calling? make it make sense!! Now leave me alone!!! take me off your system!! I will not and will never make any arrangement with you people, i will gladly take the bad credit rating or listing as long as i do not deal with you!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
