Being harassed for Prescribed accounts
HP Rossouw ID ********** 049085 I app**** for debt counselling, but the lady that was responsible for the counselling, absconded with our funds. the debt has since prescribed, and I am not liable for the repayment of the 3x accounts I had with Woolworth. 1x Sore card, personal loan and 1x Credit card. Please arrange with MBD attorneys to close their file and update my record with the various Credit bureaus.
Confirmation of such is awaited.
