Being blacklisted on unjust grounds

I have received calls and unnecessary emails from MBD regarding a Vodacom account that I have never had or even considered taking. From the very beginning when I was first called by Vodacom, I told them I had NEVER and would never take a Vodacom contract - they are unreasonably expensive. The agent insisted I had one and that I had taken two phones on that contract. I then asked him for details because I was 100% certain the only way a contract could exist was if someone took one without my knowledge or consent. He said he couldn't hand me details of MY OWN apparent account. Quite frankly, that makes no logical sense. I asked him to escalate it because I would not be told I am being handed over if I: 1. Know nothing of the account 2. I am insistent I have never taken out a contract 3. I cannot even obtain the details of this **** account

MBD has been harassing me since about a few weeks after that, and again I asked them what to do. It appears your call centre is not trained to assist with anything except bill calls and send SMSes. DO I go to the police station to open a case? I do not have a contract. Do I get the ombudsman involve? I am being harassed and charged without proof or valid argument. And now MBD has hopped on to continue the bullying from Vodacom.

Provide me with the details. I want to see my signature. I want to see the apparent account and personal details I gave you. I will not be negatively destroyed at ITC because Vodacom and MBD want to make a dime. It is ****ing unacceptable.

MBD, please run my ITC. I have been in bad credit for years. There is no way a vodacom contract would have ever even been allowed with the score I have. Again, to show you the *****. I asked both the call centre agents AND MBD call centre agents where I took the contract out - neither could tell me.

How do I sort out an issue when you are withholding all information? To do what, protect the vodacom branch and staff who falsely opened an account on my behalf? Or because you don't actually have anything? This is both Vodacom and MBD. Please enlighten me. How do I fix this?

There is NO way I will speak to any more agents when you won't even provide me with the info. And yet MBD wants me to provide my ID number and verify details everytime they call me? Legal ************.

I have never ONCE received a billing on this email account. Please do not falsely change your documents so the **** email you have now becomes this one. I will take you to the ****ing police and ombudsman.

For a legal firm, you are participating in ******* dealings with Vodacom without even trying to ascertain the correct information.

I have never taken out an account with Vodacom. Please remove my details off both systems, or contact me when you have knowledgable rep to explain what the situation is. Do not contact me with the feeble reps who know nothing. Since all calls are recorded, please pull up every call made regarding this account at MBD and Vodacom and listen to the conversations I have had with both parties. Unllike you, I am able to direct you to somewhere you can obtain proof.
