I have suffered from the harassment of the Call Centre agents and the management. I further paid fully my accounts and they still refused to give me a paid-up letter or even have the decency to reply to my emails . I have further lost an opportunity in the financial sector due to their delay .

the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect i received from this firm is mind blowing. the consultants would even laugh when i called. i will also report this conduct to the NCR as i am in possession of the proof of payment and emails sent.
