After investigation through Trans Union the above mentioned debt was prescribed. Although ever after this file has been closed, I still get threatening sms'e from MBD to settle this debt. The last one was very annoying as it was an harassing one. \Last change to prevent further action and your account must be paid within 24 hours. This is getting very annoying as I get all the messages on my work cell phone number and this has got an negative influence on my privacy at work. Please will you investigate."
