balance enquiry

I have been paying my woolworths with MBD attorneys for the past two years not, I have recently sand then an email to enquiry regarding my balance, but until today i haven't received any feedback, they have been deducting to 280 every month from my bank account, I have tried to call them numerous times by they don't answere their phones, account no *** woolworths, your assistance would highly appreciated
