BAD SERVICES

I called in to follow up on my foshini account and the agent apparently name "PalesaM" was so exstremely rude to me she shouted "dont u know your account was handed over " how can I not know of I called in to queries on the handed over account ? She went as far as dropping the line. She didn't allow me once to speak all I wanted was a statement to break down the interest fees but no thank you mbd for ur exstremely rude consultants who has no respect for your clients. I would like to publish this in the voice because I believe they come nothing over their rude behavior .
