Bad service / Rude Agents
MBD Attorneys contact centre adults are absolutely rude, never have i actually experienced such rudeness . I spoke to two consultants requesting assistance for a paid up let and Tinitswalo and Betha were absolutely rude and even hung up on me. I am so shook as to how these two ladies can actually be allowed to be on the phone and engage with clients.
