BAD SERVICE ,MBD REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY AFTER I MAD A DOUBLE PAYMENT

I have had a horrific services from these attorneys. I made a payment for my account which was handed over to MBD Attorneys of an amount of R4 758.06 on the 2nd of October 2021 which was the last payment on my account, I then made a double payment of the same amount in error, I have been taken from pillar to post without any success ,repeatedly l have been requested to submit credit refund documents and currently Percy who has been dealing with the matter just deletes the emails without reading my emails. All i want is a refund of my money that i paid
