Bad service from MBD Truworths

Hi south Africans please be aware of MBD this is a company that handles Truworths handed over accounts . I have arranged with these people from 2019 February when I was finally permanently employed to deduct R 300 every month until the following year January 2021. These people continued to deduct my money which I ended up revising it as that was not out agreement.. I called them with my airtime speaking to different agents for a settlement letter I was then taken up and down and some promised to send it which never happened.. they became quiet and suddenly called and send me messages from last month that I'm in ears... I asked why were they quite for 2 years they responded by saying I was not reachable the question was that how did u reach me now.. these people are claiming tht I owe them R1700 I the spoke to the lady called j.... and said I will like to settle the account coz I feel tht their ****** ones u are almost finished with the account they become quite and wait for the money to accumulated and then appear after..the arrangement with the lady was to deduct the outstanding balance eng of February 2022, no money has been deducted from my account all I hear I tht I promised to pay R300 per month not the whole balance and I tried to call MBD spoke to different agents again which said they cannot change the amount on the system, when I demand to speak to the supervisor they say their working from home imagine the country is now on level 1 bt their still working from home. Today I spoke to Bafana I asked for his surname bt he said their not allowed to to provide their surnames to customer... I'm so disappointed truworths is ban****t now wants to gain from us..
