Bad Service from Mbd

Paid up debt in 3 installments used wrong reference on last payment, from 1st Dec 2024 to 06 Feb 2025 name not cleared on bank no paid up letter. I was promised it would clear its been 2 months I was not aware it take 2 months to change incorrect account no to correct one. Not impressed with this service at all.

But called me everyday for money every day I would say the same story I only get paid month end but every day they would call me
