Bad service from MBD

I had taken out a loan with FNB a few years back and because of financial problems it was handed over to MBD credit solutions who I had been in contact with and had set up a debit order with them. On the 19th March I called their offices and requested for a settlement figure which one of their consultant confirmed as the "discounted settlement amount " I then did a transfer of the full amount as advised and sent proof of payment to ********** as advised. I was then called around the 21st of the month and was advised that the amount paid was rejected as it was not the correct figure, to my surprise I asked how as that was the amount I was given by one of their consultant and that they should listen to the recording which they obviously did not bother to do, the lady I spoke to then said must send an email to Ursula which I did and have not since heard anything. I have sent them email after email without any response, I have tried calling their offices and it's either no one answers or they transfer me to a dept where they can assist with FNB loans but no one ever answers. These people forget that these things affect our credit scores and the reason I settled the loan is to get rid of debts. That company is ripping people off and clearly has *********** staff. I have also mentioned that they listen to the recording of the 19th but nothing has been said, no response, no email stating that they working on the query NOTHING. I hope FNB chooses other attorneys to deal with because these people they handing our accounts to are ******. They provide the worst service ever and I hope this gets sorted out so that I don't have to deal with them ever again.
