Bad service

Good day,

I had a Getbucks account which was handed over to Mbd attornies and i had paid up in September already but till to date, my details have not been updated on my ITC record, i have called Mbd numerous times to advise on the above and they keep telling me that they have a backlog and that my request has been sent. Please assist as this is affecting my record.
