Bad service - Failure to provide outstanding or settlement amount

I have been asking for an outstanding amount/settlement amount for my Woolworths Visa account for more than a week now. Their self-help mobile app is the ****piest piece of software I have ever encountered on my mobile phone.

These guys are a joke
