Bad Service

Pathetic customer service!! They keep on calling me after I explained to them my situation. I sent them emails and documents with no reply back and still they call me. Everytime its someone else asking the same questions. Today I received a call again and while Im taking, the consultant drops the call in my ear. I call back and asked for the complaints department and they cut the call again. This is beyond pathetic! I myself are a customer service consultant and I will never do that to my clients, no matter how difficult the call gets.
