Bad service
Their service is very very bad u call and thier calls dont get answered...now i paid off my debt iv been sending emails asking them to send me the paid up letter no response nothing from their side ....

17 Dec 2020, 17:34I settled my account with mbd was waiting for paid up letter. And this morning they sent the paid up letter and its says the account has been settled and closed but still not updated my profile with experian..and again on that letter is says INVALID how is paid closed and INVALID at the same time?
