BAD SERVICE

REF;*** PAYMENT MADE OF R8827.30 AND emailed ***. I have received any acknowledgement from them when I phone in I am being told to just send an email and wait.What type of service is this as when they needed me to pay they were able to phone me but when they have to respond to my email they don't...THIS IS PATHETIC
