BAD SERVICE

My account was handed over to MBD for collection without being informed, ever since my bank account has been debited on the 25th and 26th with different amounts, but when you call MBD, you get to be sent from pillar to post, either you hold on for more than 20 minutes, sometimes they pick up your call and hang up, consultants there are terrible, but debiting my account they very fast, this company is a joke , i think they ******** people, they dont have answers when you ask them questions
