Bad service!!!!
Good day.
Since last year November 2023 I've been requesting for my Fischini paid up letter but till today I haven't received it. I've been told different stories that someone will contact me back but till this day no one has. Can the letter please be emailed to me or can I be contacted back as promised.

It's been two months now since I've been calling and writing to you requesting for the Foschini settlement letter.
Instead you keep on sending me notice letters when the payment was made in October 2023.
You promised to get back to me but you still have.
I really hope this is the last time communicating this matter to you because your service is exhausting as the phone calls you make when collecting.
