BAD SERVICE

I am really not happy with the service i received. whe they wanted money they called me 7 times a day now i need my paid up letter im send from pillar to post. i was given a discount to pay R12 000.00 and now it reflects the difference why was i given the discount.it was duplicated on credit berau and i lodxged a dispute and no one responded. i am now told i only have to talk tp perushni alone what if zshe dxies then im stuck again
