Bad Service at the Hands of MBD .

I have an account with MTN that was handed over to MDB , I really want to settle the account and I have been calling them but I simply can not speak to any of their consultancy and it is very frustrating , I have left messages and send them emails and up until now I did not get a response from them . I have been calling for 6 months and still going .
